1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the za77 website accessible at za77.io and all associated pages, features, games, and services operated under the za77 brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the za77 service.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform through which the Player accesses all betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means real-money deposits held in a Player's za77 account, exclusive of any bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account under specific promotional conditions, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any sportsbook market or casino game available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as cash, as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process za77 applies to all accounts in accordance with responsible gaming standards.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the za77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on za77. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. za77 takes under-age gambling extremely seriously and employs age-verification procedures at account registration. We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification at any stage. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The za77 Platform is operated and marketed for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are physically present in Bangladesh and that use of online gaming services is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether using the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. za77 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a professional gambler, affiliate, agent, or employee of za77 or any related company seeking to exploit the Platform for personal gain outside of normal player activity.

2.4 Single Account

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one za77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To use the za77 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. za77 is not liable for any disruption to your account access caused by outdated or incorrect registration information.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. za77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact za77 support immediately via the contact details in the footer of this page.

3.3 KYC Verification

za77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within 90 days) may also be required. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending the completion of KYC verification. za77 is not liable for delays in withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner.

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting za77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 3 to 5 Business Days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

za77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change over time and za77 reserves the right to add or remove supported methods with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional limits applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank. za77 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion for security and AML compliance purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your za77 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 Business Day to clear. za77 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by za77 within 1 to 12 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by za77 support in writing. za77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled; (b) KYC documentation has been requested but not provided; (c) za77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the account has been flagged by our AML compliance procedures pending investigation.

4.6 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit or withdrawal, you should contact za77 support providing your account details, the transaction reference number supplied by your payment provider, and the date and amount of the attempted transaction. za77 will investigate and respond within 1 Business Day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a za77 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the za77 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on first deposit). To qualify, the Player must be aged 21 or above, must not have held a previous za77 account, and must deposit a minimum of ৳500 using a qualifying payment method. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that will be specified at the time the bonus is credited. Players should review the current promotion page or contact support for the applicable wagering multiplier before claiming.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• When a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus credits, real-money funds are staked first unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonus credits expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
• za77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a Player's bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless za77 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

za77 may offer time-limited promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh calendar including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each seasonal promotion will carry its own specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. These seasonal terms supplement but do not replace the general bonus conditions in this section.

6. Sportsbook & Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on the za77 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. za77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly available for that market), bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to exploit a pricing error or technical fault.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted constitute the final odds for that wager. za77 covers a wide range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other international events.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting is available on selected markets. Bets placed during live events are processed in real time. Due to the nature of live event data feeds, there may be a short delay between an on-field event occurring and odds being updated on the Platform. za77 is not liable for bets placed or refused during such data delays and reserves the right to void any bet that was inadvertently accepted at incorrect in-play odds.

6.4 Settlement & Disputes

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute, za77's decision regarding settlement is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11. If an incorrect result is used to settle a bet and is subsequently corrected by the governing body, za77 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

za77 offers a library of over 500 casino games provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game availability may change without notice. Some games may be restricted by Player location, account status, or regulatory requirements.

7.2 RNG Fairness

All virtual (non-live) casino games on za77 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous or subsequent rounds. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as determined by the game supplier and are available upon request from za77 support.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live games are subject to the rules of the individual game as communicated by the dealer on-screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, za77's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. za77 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays. za77 is not responsible for malfunctions arising from the Player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Controls

Every za77 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost: (a) deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly; (b) session time reminders; (c) cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); and (d) self-exclusion (permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months). These tools can be activated via account settings or by contacting za77 support.

8.2 Mandatory Age Verification

za77 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately. All funds deposited by an under-age Player will be returned to the source payment method and any winnings accrued during the period of under-age play will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the za77 Platform permanently may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed and approved by za77.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction without prior written authorisation from za77.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward za77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographical restriction, account limit, self-exclusion, or security measure implemented by za77.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

za77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• za77 collects the personal data you provide during registration and KYC verification, as well as transaction history, device information, and browsing behaviour on the Platform.
• Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with AML and responsible gaming obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotions (where you have consented to marketing).
• za77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit. Access to player data is restricted to za77 personnel who require it to perform their functions.

11. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za77 is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform; (b) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond za77's reasonable control; (c) losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; or (d) any loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, or data. za77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, bonus crediting, or account transactions, the Player should first contact za77 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute including account username, date, amount, and a description of the issue. za77 will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 Business Days. za77's records and system logs shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process, and za77's decision shall be final unless the Player can provide clear evidence of a material error in za77's logs.

11.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless za77, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform in violation of any applicable law.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

za77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. 12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and za77 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
